However if for any reason you feel unsatisfied with your garment, please notify us via the C Duchess WhatsApp number 0720534920,so we can arrange for  a courier  collection, however this charge will be deducted from your store credit.

 

 

Please make sure the garment is in the same condition that you purchased it in. Please ensure all labels and tags are intact.

 

Once the garment is received and accessed, we will issue you with a store credit.
